We invite (and encourage) feedback from you about what we do right and wrong. If something goes wrong, we investigate why so we can improve your experience. We work through issues, weigh up alternatives and identify the most effective solutions in collaboration with others. We seek to implement systems and processes that are underpinned by high-quality research and analysis, looking for opportunities to design innovative solutions to meet Customer needs and service demands. We stand by our systems and continue to support them once installed with maintenance extending beyond any warranty period. We encourage our staff to share what they know and how they do things so everyone benefits. We build Knowledge Bases of Best Practices and Lessons Learned so mistakes aren’t repeated plus our systems and processes are improved. We are proactive, responsible for our actions and adhere to relevant legislation, internal policies and Customer guidelines.
